Program Target Description: Insurance program specifically designed for limousine business.

Program Target:

  • Target Risks:
    • The program targets limousine operators deriving at least 90% of revenue from pre-arranged transportation services and with 5 or more units in their fleet. For accounts with fewer than 5 units, please contact us.
    • The program is structured for units with a seating capacity of 21 and under.
    • Limousine Service
      • Limousine services (except shuttle services)
      • Limousine for hire with driver (except taxis)
      • Luxury automobiles for hire with driver (except taxis)
  • Ineligible Risks:
    • Taxi, Charter Bus and ride-share type operations 
  • Geographic:
    • Nationwide except AK, HI, MI, NY south of Route 84 including Long Island
    • No Sedan or SUV service in NJ

Coverages & Limits Available:

  • Commercial Automobile (up to $1.5M combined single limit)
  • Garagekeepers Liability (up to $2M limit )
  • General Liability ($1M Occurrence / $2M general aggregate)
  • Property (up to $3M TIV)
  • Umbrella (limit options up to $4M)
  • Loss of income from an Auto loss (EE coverage is up to $300 x 30 days)

Submission Requirements:

  • ACORD 125 & for all lines of business to be quoted
  • Program Supplemental Questionnaire
  • Driver list, including Name, DOB, License # and State
  • Loss Runs currently valued for the past 3 years & each time to be quoted (5 years preferred)
  • Vehicle List
  • Print the program submission checklist

Broker Requirements:
Current appointment with or, if not, complete the following items:

  • Broker Agreement
  • IRS W-9
  • Copy of E&O Certificate or Declaration Page
  • Copy of the agency’s license per location
  • Agency Profile Document
  • If multiple locations, include a list and confirm ALL locations are covered under the operation’s Errors and Omissions policy
